Yoga Programs

CHRISTINA WEHRY (HDT Yoga)

  • 23 years of yoga and meditation experience

  • A Holistic Health Practitioner specializing in the treatment and management of pain.

  • Founder of Complete Wellbeing, San Diego’s first fully holistic pain clinic, nearly three years ago.

  • She serves the MIL, LEO and first responder communities of San Diego through on-site classes and pain relief services in her clinic.

 

She is a thought leader in holistic pain treatment and expert in using yoga and meditation to decrease pain symptoms.

Option 1: HDT Add-On Yoga

  • This is in combination with your HDT Purchase (sold separately). 

  • Our 6-week yoga program, lead by Christina Werhy, runs in conjunction with our 6 weeks of Heavy Drop Training. Each movement we do in HDT will be complimented with yoga positions to help with recovery and mobility. 

    • 3 poses that are specifically programed for each of the HDT workouts, which works out to 9 poses per week to help your recovery (3 for upper body, 3 for lower body, and 3 for core).

    • Each flow will be performed by Christina via uploaded videos, explaining each movement and adjustments that can be made.

    • Access to information about pain relief and management from Christina.  

    • Yoga videos linked to poses on each workout, allowing you to review prior to going though the flow.

    • Each person signed up for the Yoga program will be in a closed group with all other members along with the coaches to allow for questions and information to be posted.

Option 2: Stand Alone Yoga Program

 

  • If not looking to be involved with HDT, but looking to get some Yoga supplement in your life 

  • Our 6-week yoga program, lead by Christina Werhy

    • 3 poses per flow which works out to 9 poses per week (3 for upper body, 3 for lower body, and 3 for core).

    • Each flow will be performed by Christina via uploaded videos, explaining each movement and adjustments that can be made.

    • Access to information about pain relief and management from Christina.
