This is an ideal choice for those looking for optimized recommendations and want to remove all guesswork from their nutrition. You will check in twice per month with Kim for plan adjustment (if needed).
Being 8-weeks it runs in line with Inter-Rounds & the following Round of HDT

- Custom nutrition template based on your goals, lifestyle, and physical parameters (you will fill out a questionnaire before starting)
- Measurement and weight tracking file (Excel)
- 2x month email check in with Kim (for plan adjustment based on progress)
- Access to private HDT Nutrition FB Group

- HDT Recipe eBook (at end of 8 weeks, all recipes shared by members in the group will be compiled sent to you as an eBook
